Project Decision Analysis Context: Decision Analysis by Bill Girling The analysis resulted in the following requirements: a) Primary Decision Required Does the Commonwealth of Virginia proceed with or stop the project? b) Uncertain Events: Each of the uncertain events has multiple attributes which must be defined and evaluated in context with the primary decisions required. The decisions reflected by these events are: Will the Commonwealth of Virginia's legislature support or not support the project? Will the project be within or over budget? Will functional deployment or organization deployment be the best implementation strategy for the project?
